i am not aware
    [awareness is
    i know]

i believe and feel
    and remember and
    pretend

but i am not
    aware [too
    wary]

too much observation
    and not enough
    aspiration to
    see [and hear my
    head] properly

bend to the hoe
    and feel the
    stars shine
    above the clouds

banish dreams of d-train
    escapades and

beware the mockery
    of vision

stop writing
