sitting
screened in
the street passing
outside
        hoses
        kids
        playing
        cars going
        by
        the walkers
        talking
        snippets
        taking snapshots
        of life
        on parade

observing
from my mesh
cocoon
the sun shining in
filtered
like the
breezes

i sit perplexed
protected and exposed
inward facing out
